House by the lake
The houses available for rent at the Bio-Resort were built between 2022 and 2025 and are practically brand new. Mostly eco-friendly materials were used, such as clay bricks, regional woods, and high-quality finishes. This ensures that the houses are very healthy and offer a pleasant indoor climate.
All houses are built on platforms approximately one meter high, with their own gardens featuring English-style lawns and private parking spaces. Access is possible with a standard car.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the public areas. All houses come with bed linen and towels. Cleaning services can be booked for an additional fee.
Smoking inside the houses is not permitted. Pets are allowed upon request.
Lakeside House
Our house is located in the most beautiful setting, directly on the Lagoa de Almécegas, surrounded by a protected nature reserve and home to many species of wild birds. It offers 125 sqm of living space, featuring a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, and two open-air bathrooms. The property sits on a 1600 sqm plot with private parking and a well-maintained English lawn. Elegant furnishings enhance the cozy atmosphere, and the house is positioned right by the lake, offering stunning views. A large terrace stretches across two sides of the house, perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen meets all culinary needs, and private Wi-Fi with a fiber-optic high-speed connection ensures excellent internet access. The sleeping arrangements include two queen-size double beds, wardrobes, and a desk, ideal for both comfort and convenience.
Ecological brick houses in the Village Area
The ecological brick houses are newly built and located directly within the village area, close to the children’s pool, petting zoo, playgrounds, restaurant, and more — everything is within walking distance, making them ideal for families. Each house offers either 90 or 103 sqm of living space, featuring a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with air conditioning, and two bathrooms. The properties sit on 500 sqm plots, each with private parking and a well-maintained English lawn. The interiors are furnished with high-quality materials, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. A terrace equipped with a hammock and lounge chairs invites guests to relax outdoors. Each house offers 90 sqm of living space, featuring a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms equipped with fans, and two bathrooms. The property includes a 500 sqm plot with private parking and a well-maintained English lawn. Inside, high-quality furnishings provide comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Each house has a terrace with a hammock and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The kitchens are fully equipped for everyday needs, and the sleeping roons include one double bed and two single beds, with an additional bed in the living room or a crib available upon request.
